Color : Pink color with nuances of rose petals.
Nose : Fine festive mousse. A bouquet with red fruit aromas.
Palate : Crisp and lively. A light vinosity finishes with a pleasant freshness.
Ideal as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
At dinner, it fits perfectly with grilled fish such as bass but also with scallop.
Serve well-chilled, between 6 and 8°C.
Ageing potential: 2-3 years.
Traditional method following the specification of the Crémant de Bourgogne AOC.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months on slats.
