Nose: notes of cherry and prune aromas, ripe fruits.
Palate: a round, powerful and well balanced wine, finely woody and fruity flavors
Like all red Burgundies of this quality, it should be served with marinated meat dishes, red meat, either roasted or grilled, but especially game and beautiful cheese.
Serve at 15-16°C.
This wine can be consumed now or laid down in a cellar for the next three years.
