Ageing on laths of 9 months.
Golden colour with brilliant reflections.
Subtle nuances of dried fruit with notes of clove and lime tree.
Soft finish typical of the style of Grandin.
Serve chilled between 6 and 8 °C.
As an aperitif or with veined cheeses and desserts.
Alcohol : 12% vol.
Dosage : 35 g/l.
Quality sparkling wine.
