This quite new appellation (2009) allows for a greater liberty in winemaking compared to the appellation system. This is a wine which reflects the company's commitment to quality. It acts as our ambassador.

Vinification and maturing

Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled vats at low temperatures, between 16 and 18°C. Aged in vats.
