Origins

Created in 2011, Coteaux Bourguignons is a regional appellation covering the entire Burgundy region, from Chablis in the North to Beaujolais in the South.. It covers wines that can be blended or come from a single varietal. Whites are produces from Chardonnay. This wine is a deliciously expressive introduction to the traditional grape varieties and winemaking style of the region. The Burgundy soils are extremely varied, in their richness, depth, and mineral content.

Vinification & ageing

The grapes are sorted upon arrival at the wineries and immediately pressed. The musts collected are settled and then placed in a thermos regulated stainless steel tank to be fermented with selected yeasts. The vinification temperature is controlled (16° to 18°C) to allow optimal extraction of the aromatic potential. Ageing continues in stainless steel vats on lees.
