Tasting notesColour: Brilliant and crystal-clear, with a green-gold hue.
Nose: Aromas of russet apple, fresh almond, white flowers and hazelnut.

Ageing potentialThis great white Burgundy wine will cellar gracefully for 6 to 8 years.
OriginsNestled between the prestigious villages of Volnay and Meursault, the village of Auxey-Duresses boasts just 150 hectares of vineyards, a modest size that has historically limited the appellation’s visibility.
Yet today, this discreet appellation offers one of the most attractive quality-to-price ratios in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy.
The Auxey-Duresses vineyards face south and south-east, at elevations ranging from 260 to 360 metres above sea level.
The soils are predominantly limestone, with a low proportion of clay.
Vinification and maturingHand-harvested Chardonnay grapes are carefully sorted before undergoing gentle pneumatic pressing.
After a light settling of the must, fermentation takes place slowly in oak barrels, followed by 10 months of ageing in the same barrels, allowing the wine to develop greater complexity, texture and elegance.
