Each Grande Cuvée was aged for a minimum of 12 months on slats in bottle.
Pale and brilliant yellow color.
A fresh and fruity nose with almond and floral aromas.
The palate is well-balanced between fruit and freshness.
This wine fits perfectly with hot oysters, or scallops. You will also enjoy it with a duck foie gras escalope.
Alcohol contents: 12%
Doseage: 10-12 g/l. (BRUT)
Serve well-chilled, between 6 and 8°C.
Ageing potential: 2-3 years
