Crémant de Bourgogne

Grape varieties

Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay and a hint of Aligoté harvested by hand in the Burgundy AOC area exclusively.


Traditional method following the specification of the Crémant de Bourgogne AOC.
Each bottle was aged on slats for a minimum of 12 months at a constant temperature, in the coolness of our premises.

Tasting notes

Pink color with nuances of rose petals.

Fine festive mousse. A bouquet with red fruit aromas.

To the taste, Grande Cuvée Rosé Brut is crisp and lively. A light vinosity finishes with a pleasant freshness.

Food and wine pairing

Ideal as an aperitif or with fruit desserts. At dinner, it fits perfectly with grilled fish such as bass but also with scallop.
