CREMANT DU JURA
Grands Crêts Rosé Brut

Grape varieties

Our Crémant du Jura Grands Crêts Rosé is produced from a unique terroir. Small in size, but with exceptional diversity, the Jura vineyards stretch 80 km between Burgundy and Switzerland. The cool climate and the soil minerality allow the grapes to reveal their purest expression with great freshness. The blend is made from Jura's typical grape varietals, a majority of Pinot Noir with a hint of Trousseau and Poulsard.

Winemaking

According to Méthode Traditionnelle, the harvest is strictly hand-picked. Transportation of the picked grapes takes place in perforated cases to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Pressing occurs with whole bunches, without “foulage”. After blending the bottles are aged on their lees for a minimum of 12 months.
