The blend is composed of different grape varieties. The proportion of each one necessarily changes every year to maintain Réserve Rosé's style. Among them, we regularly select Ugni blanc, colombard, gamay, cinsault and cabernet.
Réserve rosé was produced according to the traditional method.
It was aged in the coolness of our premises for a minimum of 9 months.
This lovely salmon pink wine with fine bubbles has an expressive and fruity nose with red fruit aromas.
Very soft to the taste with unctuous fruitiness.
This premium mousseux finishes with a touch of sweetness.
Drink as an aperitif, during a cocktail, with an exotic dish, red meat like duck breast with red fruit, white meat or dessert.
