Origin : A.O.C Crémant de Bourgogne area.
Traditional method with a minimum ageing of 12 months.
Pale gold colour with brilliant tints. Fresh and fruity nose with aromas of almonds and white flowers. Well- balanced palate between freshness and fruity.
As an aperitif or during a meal.
Between 6 and 8 °C.
Alcohol : 12 % vol.
Dosage : 10-12 g/l.
