Terroir
In order to create a harmonious cuvée, we selected our best plots and then our best cuvées once the wine is made, in order to obtain the optimal blend, bringing the most powerful and complexity. Harmonious Possible, with a perfect integration of the woods with the aromas of wine. The plots are located on clayey-limestone soil, sloping mainly south facing. The age of the vines is 25 to 30 years on average, ensuring the deep and refined expression of the Jura soil.
Cultivation mode
The work in the vines, is based on the respect of the nature and the soil. For young vines, located on steep slopes, to avoid erosion, we cultivate a row out of two, practice soil reassembly to aerate the lands subjected to settlement due to moisture, and grass with plants. Such as clover, which, by competing on the vine, can modulate its mineral and water supply and control its vigor and yield. The Guyot double size is necessary for varieties to better control their performance.
