Origins of the cuveeOur Maison Fortant Provence wines are the scintillating reflection of the blue Mediterranean way of life.
TerroirThe soils are clay-limestone, partly terraced. The climate is fresh in the vineyard of the Coastal terroir and important variations of temperature between day and night allows to maintain perfect balance in the wines.
VinificationIt comes from the blend of four complementary grape varieties: Caladoc* for fruitiness and suppleness, Grenache noir for balance, Merlot for aromatic power and elegance, Cabernet Sauvignon for color and structure. * Caladoc is the fruit of the marriage between Grenache noir and Cot noir.
Winemaker's notesThis wine has everything to seduce. Its pale pink color, its very aromatic nose, a beautiful alliance between fruity and floral, and its saline and characterful finish which lingers on the palate.
