Grape variety

The selection of base wines is made among the different black grape varieties and depending on the vintage characteristics in order to obtain the best expression of the signature of the Maison Grandin.

Winemaking

Traditional method.
Ageing on laths of 9 months.

Tasting notes

A pale pearly sheen colour.           
A fine bouquet with aromas of small berry fruits.         
A round attack thanks to a discreet dosage. A powerful body with vinosity and good persistence.

Serving suggestions

Serve chilled between 6 and 8 °C.

Food and wine pairing

Ham, roasted or fricassee poultry dishes, with desserts as cakes with nuts or spice, also with “madeleines” or walnut tart.

Dosage : 10-12 g/l.
Quality sparkling wine.
