OriginsThe grapes for this “Terres de Gamay” blend were harvested from different selected terroirs of France (very diverse terroirs, all from granite soils), in Beaujolais and Comté Tolosan in the southwest. They were then vinified and blended together in order to obtain this very beautiful expression of the Mommessin style. A touch of Syrah was added to the whole to enhance the expression fruity and balanced Gamay Noir.
Vinification and maturingGrapes are vinified according to the Beaujolais method, with a semi-carbonic maceration. Aging in vats.
