Origins

The area of the Bourgogne appellation covers 384 communes in the departments of Yonne, Côte d'Or, Saône et Loire and Rhône. From the north, in the Chablis and Auxerrois region, to the south, in the Mâconnais region, passing through the Côte d'Or and the Côte Chalonnaise, Bourgogne wines come from a great diversity of terroirs.

Vinification & ageing

The grapes, after a careful sorting in the winery, are completely destemmed and then vinified in vats for 10 days under temperature control to ensure the finesse of the aromas and an optimal diffusion of all the grape's components. The wine is then partially aged in oak barrels for 6 months to develop complexity, with a proportion of new barrels of 5% bringing the slight woodiness.
