Color: Garnet in color.

Nose: Aromas of cherry and coffee beans with subtle, well-integrated oak.

Palate: Silky, appealing tannins. Delectable on the palate, fruity and toasted boasting good power. Flavours of chocolate and notes of mint. Long finish featuring an assortment of fruit flavours.

This wine is a perfect match for poultry, veal blanquette, game, and rich fish such as red mullet or salmon.

Serving suggestions

Serve between 14 to 15°C.

Origins

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from the south of France, is grown in clay-limestone, marl and sandy clay soils strewn with pebbles. This vineyard is generally found at an altitude of 200 to 400 metres and combines the influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

Vinification & ageing

Harvest: Mechanical. 
Wine making: Entire de-stemming of harvest, maceration, selection of press juices, alcoholic fermentation (temperatures controlled), complete malolactic fermentation.
