The bouquet offers a combination of black and red fruit with notes of spices and liquorice.
Open and balanced palate in the attack with notes of liquorice and strawberry, and a well rounded finish with hints of jam.
Ideal with lamb and other red meat, or with poultry. Will also go very well with barbecues and pizza
Serve ideally between 12 and 14°C. (53-57°F.).
Harvested on selected vineyards in the French department of Languedoc, surrounding the famous medieval town of Carcassonne, in the South of France.
Maceration lasting several weeks and maturing for 4 to 6 months at low temperatures.
