This cuvée comes from the south of France, is grown in clay-limestone soils. This vineyard is generally found at an altitude of 200 to 400 metres and combines the influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

This is a blended wine made from different vinification techniques, both traditional and hot pre-fermentation maceration.
COLOUR : Garnet red.
NEZ : Delicate and expressive, opening with hints of spice, fresh turmeric and red berry-fruits.
PALATE : Gentle and soft taste, generous, highlighted with fine spicy tannins.
This wine goes well with charcuterie and red meats both in sauce of grilled.
