GRENACHE-ROLLE VIN DE FRANCE
LES PLANTS NOBLES

Production area

Our cuvée comes from selected vineyards located in the South of France whose clay-limestone soil lends minerality to the wine.

Origins

This range, of easy-drinking wines, pays tribute to the great noble French varietals and especially to the roots of Ropiteau Frères.

Varietal

70% White Grenache
30% Rolle.

Vinification and maturing

The grapes were slowly and gently pressed to preserve all of their aromatic potential. Vinification took place at low temperatures to keep the freshness of the grapes. Then, the wine was aged for a few months to develop its floral aromas.

Tasting notes

COLOR : Clear yellow with gold glints.
NOSE : Intense notes of white flesh fruits (pear/apple).
PALATE : Aromas are delicate in the mouth with a good freshness. Floral notes can be perceived (hawthorn) as well as fruity ones (pineapple, apple).

Food and wine pairing

This wine will be perfect alone as an aperitif, but will also perfectly accompany seafood and fishes.
